Description

Add support for decode/serialization of the Extended Message format/set for Alarm Notification and if easily performed, the AVC notification as well.

Once the use of the Extended Message set is negotiated by the OpenONU adapter with the physical ONU, it is possible that the ONU may send notifications in the extended format.
