OpenONU Adapter in Golang

Description

The adapter crashes in the MIB upload processing when receiving some unexpected GetResponse due to falsely trying to interprete the last transmitted ME (which may be also not initialised at this point).

This error appears on a strange behavior of some ONU that responds to MibReset with MibGetResponse.

It is outstanding if the correction to ignore this message solves the problem completely, namely if the ONU witll further respond with the MibResetResponse with the same SequenceNumber - to be verified.
