      Description

      The following rule is getting inserted after ONOS restart which causes the RG to not get IP (since DHCP packets should follow datapath rules but end up trapped by ONOS)

      ADDED, bytes=0, packets=0, table=0, priority=40000, selector=[IN_PORT:1048576, ETH_TYPE:ipv4, IP_PROTO:17, UDP_SRC:67], treatment=[immediate=[OUTPUT:CONTROLLER], clearDeferred]
