FEC Performance ME not detected during decode

      Description

      Recent check in for FEC Performance ME did not insert class ID in the mapping to MEs (Class ID 312).  Results in a decode failure.

       

      Working.   Local fix is to add following to generated/classidmap.go   around line 176

      classToManagedEntityMap[312]  = NewFecPerformanceMonitoringHistoryData
