Create option in kafka-topic-export to report ONU serial no in metrics in Hex format instead of ASCII chars

      Description

      The ONU serial number is of the form VENDOR_IDVendor-Specific-SerialNumber (e.g. SCOM123456cf or TWSN9000365a)

      In some cases, and some vendors represent the same in hex notation as
      *53434F4D*123456cf

      53434F4D are the chars of SCOM in hex.

      We suggest to have a startup configuration in the kafka-topic-exported based on which it could report the ONU serial numbers in the metrics in the hex format. The default would be to use the ASCII format.
