Bump voltha-lib-go to version 4.0.2: https://github.com/opencord/voltha-openonu-adapter-go/blob/master/go.mod#L12 as that supports the "KV_STORE_DATAPATH_PREFIX" environment variable
Replace all the hardcoded instances of "service/voltha" so that we read them from "voltha-lib-go.ConfigManager.Backend.PathPrefix" (see https://gerrit.opencord.org/c/voltha-openolt-adapter/+/21504)
