These values are currently hardcoded in the helm-chart:
https://github.com/opencord/voltha-helm-charts/blob/master/voltha-adapter-openonu/templates/openonu-go-deploy.yaml#L87-L88

They should be read from the value file as in the openonu-py:
https://github.com/opencord/voltha-helm-charts/blob/master/voltha-adapter-openonu/templates/openonu-py-statefulset.yaml#L80-L81
