The openolt-adapter has hardcoded values for the KV_STORE prefix (service/voltha).
When we deploy multiple stacks sharing the same ETCD backend the information are mixed. This is not a huge issue as they are referenced by DEVICE-ID, but it would be nice to keep them separated.
