      Description

      Assumes EAPOL + DHCP workflow

      1. Start VOLTHA, with Kafka configured for persistence using a persistent volume
      2. Create and enable device
      3. While waiting for the device to authenticate
        1. Do a rolling upgrade on Kafka install
          1. Helm upgrade should be used to update to a new kafka version
      4. Verify that the device is authenticated
      5. Verify the new version of kafka is running
      6. Via ONOS add subscriber access for the device
      7. Verify DHCP completes and address assigned
      8. Create JIRAs for any issues discovered
