Description

If the DHCP Offer is received by ONOS before the "host" is created, then ONOS doesn't know where to forward that packet, thus it drops it with the message "Cannot determine host for DHCP client: 2E:60:00:06:16:00. Aborting relay for DHCP Packet from server"
