      Description

      Need to be able to deploy multiple instances of VOLTHA sharing common infrastructure (etcd/kafka/onos) such that each VOLTHA stack is isolated. This means (for example):

      • a separate tree prefix in etcd (although things like profiles might be in a common area)
      • separate Kafka topics to isolate stack communication
