Enhance Logging framework to extract and log Operation details from context

Modify log package to add new set of logging methods (ending in C e.g. DebugwC) with ctx as first argument. Extract operation-name and operation-id from supplied Context and add them as log fields into generated log statements.

Modify all log statements of voltha-lib-go component to test the correct extraction and logging of operation details from Span Context.
