Use consistent naming in multiple BBSim deployment

      As now when setting NUM_OF_BBSIM=2 in kind-voltha deployments have inconsistent names:

      bbsim                        ClusterIP   10.99.20.201     <none>        50060/TCP,50070/TCP,50074/TCP   73s
bbsim1                       ClusterIP   10.106.242.244   <none>        50060/TCP,50070/TCP,50074/TCP   6m21s

      they should be

      bbsim0                       ClusterIP   10.99.20.201     <none>        50060/TCP,50070/TCP,50074/TCP   73s
bbsim1                       ClusterIP   10.106.242.244   <none>        50060/TCP,50070/TCP,50074/TCP   6m21s
