Description

Currently the Jenkinsfile-voltha-build is written in the old "scripted" pipeline way.
A move to the declarative way though the following guidelines

would allow us to check it with
https://gerrit.opencord.org/gitweb?p=ci-management.git;a=blob;f=jjb/shell/jflint.sh
on gerrit.
