Support for GPON OLT in test build pipeline

      Description

      Currently there are hardcoded references to the xgspon version of the OLT.

      • The service is expected to be `asfvolt16`
      • The Tech profile directory is `XGS-PON`

      Hardcoded versions need to be removed in favour of a selection based on the `oldDebVersion`.
