Flow add (or remove) errors from openolt adapter are not propagated back to rw_core

      Description

      Flow add (or remove) errors on the OLT device are not propagated back to rw_core. This effectively means that the errors are not reaching ONOS giving a wrong status in case of flow_add (or remove) errors.
