Bring-up a physical POD for QA in Infosys

Bringup a new physical POD in infosys

Steps:

1. Identify the ONU, OLT, AGG Switch, Compute Servers, Cables, attenuator and transceivers to start setting up the POD.
2. Make the connectivity and configure the IPs for the servers.
3. Create a DHCP server and make the configurations
4. Create a RG VM and make the configurations
5. Create Infosys POD yaml file, conf file, deployment file and sadis files. 
6. Install kind voltha and execute the script.
