DHCP state is not getting changed in dhcpl2relay-allocations when IP is released from the client

To test the dhcp state changes ,in RG I have manually released ip using dhclient (dhclient -r <interface-name>) and checked for the state change in dhcpl2-relayallocations in ONOS.

Observed in the logs DHCPRELEASE message is getting printed but in dhcpl2-relayallocations stage change is not getting updated.
