1. Activate OLT and ONU, make sure both are reachable and flows are pushed and also make sure traffic is working between RG and BNG
2. Make sure dhcpl2-relay-allocations are available in onos
3. Now disable and delete the ONU from voltctl
4. After ONU delete, check dhcpl2relay-allocations are deleted in onos
