subscribers still shown in ONOS after OLT is deleted

After a successful deletion of a OLT, all flows/ports pertaining to OLT and ONUs are cleaned up in the voltha.  But there are several objects still shown in ONOS.

Check the logs below that show the lingering objects in ONOS for the subscribers/ONUs

Tested using hardware OLT, released and master images

Steps:

• Disable the OLT "voltctl device disable <olt id>"
• Delete the OLT "voltctl device delete <olt id>"
• Check in ONOS , output of the following commands "devices" , "dhcpl2relay-allocations", "aaa-users"
