dhcpl2relay-allocations not removed

      Description

      The dhcpl2relay-allocations for an OLT device should be removed when the device is deleted, but this is not happening.

      Currently the only way to reset the dhcpl2relay-allocations is to deactivate/active the org.opencord.dhcpl2relay app.
