State cleanup in BBSim after OLT delete

      Description

      In order to re-run the sanity tests on VOLTHA + BBSim, it's necessary to delete the bbsim container and let K8S re-create it. It must be the case that some state is not being cleaned up in BBSim when the OLT is deleted.
