      Description

      Update the tests to include re-authentication case properly.
      1. Remove the Tear down from the previous test case and perform reauthentication in Radius restart test case using wpa_cli -i <iface> reassociate
      2. Regular authentication doesn’t work after radius restart because wpa is still running in the background
