Support configuration(Create/Read/Delete) of Channel-Group, Channel-Partition, Channel-Pair & Channel-Termination Objects for XGS-PON

1. As an operator, I must be able to create the following objects for XGS-PON

• Channel-group
• Channel-Partition
• Channel-Pair
• Channel-Termination
  #As an operator, I must be able to read the configuration for the above objects
  #As an operator, I must be able to delete the above objects

1. All the configuration is only pushed to a reachable device when the Channel-termination is created(which provides the linkage to the device).
2. IAdapter to provide generic interfaces to push interface configuration to the device.

Important Notes:

1. For XGS-PON, the relationship is 1-to-1 for the following objects
2. CG<>CPartition<>CPair<->CTerm
3. Only XGS-PON is considered currently (and not NGPON2)
5. Only simplex PON is considered and hence CPair<->CTerm relation is also 1-to-1
