Report port counters over grpc to openolt adaptor

      Description

      This is more of a query - we know port (nni and pon) counters are available from bal_cli.

      Are these counters reported to openolt adaptor?

      If so, then why not report it all the way to ONOS, as part of port statistics, like a real-switch does - helps greatly in debugging/

      We should also get UNI port counters via OMCI and report to ONOS to complete the picture
