Epic Link:
OpenOMCI MIB reconcile was recently fixed to be able re-create managed entity instances and their attributes that contain tables and rows. What was not fixed was reconciling an existing ME instance that had table row data that was different and needed reconciling. These table based attributes need to be identified and reconciled differently. This should like similar to how the recreate works, just with out recreating the ME instance.
The net result of this issue is during fiber pull testing and reboot testing there were situations where the ME instance existed but the attribute values were different. This caused bogus garbage data to be sent as the attribute update and caused either the omci stack to reject and fail resync (nokia onu) or falsely accept the update and just not pass traffic (alpha/brcm).
