Automate Failure scenario: Restart any container after VOLTHA is operational

      Description

      Once VOLTHA is operational (working) then any container should be able to be killed/scaled to 0/crash and be automatically restarted by k8s.

      Once container is restarted the system should reconnect and continue to function properly. The "demise" of any single container should not cause (domino) the demise of another container.
