Voltha 2.0 Test Case: OLT Provisioning and Enabling (Ponsim)

1. Add all logs to the Jenkins artifacts
2. Design pass/fail scenarios 
3. Follow Robot Sanity test already in place
4. Convert to using Ponsim simulator
5. Demonstrate the test to ONF forum
6. Jenkins job to be triggered at established times daily

Pass scenario: 

1. OLT is up
   1. OLT listed under "devices"
   2. PREPROVISIONED
   3. Host and port should match to configured value and type should be ponsim-olt
   4. After ENABLE, we should read ENABLED, ACTIVE, REACHABLE
2. Query "devices" for ONU. ONUs should be listed.
   1. After Enable, the ONU should be listed under devices
   2. Number of ONUs listed corresponds to number configured in ponsim
   3. ONU devices should all show ENABLE, ACTIVE, REACHABLE
   4. Type should be ponsim-onu
