      Description

      Create a stabilization branch at the voltha-2.0 feature level.

      Mechanics of this would be tag then branch - for voltha-go:

      • Change VERSION file in repo to 2.0.1 (makes a tag)
      • I'll create a voltha-2.0 branch starting from that tag
      • On master increment VERSION file to 2.1.0-dev

      Similar for other repos.
