Update VOLTHA version API to return additional version information

      Description

      Currently, the VOLTHA API returns only a single version string. It would nice if it returned more build information like docker does. Specifically the `Version`, `Go [compiler] Version`, `Git Commit`, `Built [build time]`,  and `OS/Arch [build os and build arch]`.

       

      [If it could report on the other known components and their build/version information it would be valuable as well]
