Why is the docker image for voltha-bbsim build called "voltha/voltha-bbsim"

That name will get confused with docker-hub image by the same name
Instead the locally built image should simply be called "voltha-bbsim"

Then we can properly override the selection of image in Helm with the "--set" directive
