ponsimv2 container stopping puts VOLTHA in an unusable state

after VOLTHA is up and running and authenticating (EAPOL to RADIUS), do a `docker rm` on the olt/onu/rg containers without first doing a disable/delete from the VOLTHA CLI.

This seems to put VOLTHA in a state where you can't get the authentication working for the ponsim without doing a restart on voltha (helm delete --purge + helm install of voltha)
