CLI fails to display devices after cancelling an image download request

1. preprovision a simulated_olt device
2. enable the device
3. go to the newly created olt
   • device <id>
4. issue an image download request
   • img_dnld_request -v 1 -u somewhere -n somename
5. cancel the request
   • img_dnld_cancel -n somename
6. quit the device view
7. issue a devices command

The CLI will not display any devices
