Incorporate learnings from multiple PoC deployments back into the control plane applications

There were several learnings from the a trial (PoC) with a customer. These learnings have been turned into actions on existing or new partner applications that work at the control plane. These changes involve customization (configurability) of existing applications, extending the capabilities of existing applications, and adding a capability for per subscriber / access device information.
