      "for now, keep as "Work-In-Progress" in Gerrit; after the 2.3 release branch is cut, can contribute to master/merge"

      1. tech profile for EPON (i.e. JSON file)
      2. Read/Write functions for EPON tech profile

      3. EPON tech profile support for openolt
