      Description

      BBSim is expected to support brcm_openomci_onu adapter, because it only supports broadcom_onu adapter. In order to support brcm_openomci adapter, it needs to correctly respond some of OpenOMCI messages sent from VOLTHA.

      Which type of omci message (OmciMibResetResponse) does BBSim supports for creating a logical device in VOLTHA ?
