      Description

      In VOL-2642, the py3 unclean HttpLibrary was removed: http://peritus.github.io/robotframework-httplibrary/HttpLibrary.html

      This broke additional jobs:

      https://jenkins.opencord.org/job/verify_olt-service_service-upgrade-test/94/console

      with error ``No keyword with name 'Set Json Value' found.``
