The cord-tester repository has undergone some major refactoring based on the needs of VOLTHA 2.x:
The end result of these refactors is that voltha-system-tests is importing the cord-robot library and no longer depends on the master branch of cord-tester. However, the changes above broke cord-tester for SEBA. The subtasks of this issue list additional work that needs to be done to get the SEBA tests running again.
