When running BBSim at scale it's complicated to create a sadis configuration for all the possible combinations of PON Ports/ONUs (eg: 16 ONUs on 1 PON will require a different sadis file than 8 ONUs on 2 PONs).
As BBSim knows everything it needs, expose an endpoint that can be queried by the sadis application.
