The "make bbsim" target completes successfully but the BBSim OLT and ONUs doesn't get provisioned automatically (as expected).
The "Backend status" field of the OLTDevice shows:
Waiting for a TechnologyProfile (technology=xgspon) to be synchronized
But that Technology Profile is not present.
