      Description

      It might be handy to be able to execute TOSCA using `cordctl` rather than having the user know `curl` syntax and executing it via curl.

      Ideally might be nice if `cordctl` could determine the TOSCA endpoint by asking the xos-core. Might be sufficient to just assume it's on the same host as the xos-core endpoint at the canonical tosca-engine public port.
