Load locally saved containers into a Docker registry

Given a list of container images and a copy of the saved image, automate (via a script) loading them into either the local Docker registry or a remote registry.

The registry should be able to be supplied by command line arguments to the script, and handle any tagging/renaming of the images as is needed to put them on the remote registry.

Script should only upload the image specified by the list.
