In VOLTHA 1.6, disabling the Ponsim ONU stops it from forwarding traffic. However in VOLTHA master, a disabled Ponsim ONU continues to forward traffic.
It looks like the problem is that, in 1.6, disabling the Ponsim ONU causes all flows to be flushed, but this isn't happening in master. Apparently Ponsim relies on this behavior to disable the ONU.
