Att workflow driver service instances are not created due to missing ONU events in ONOS from voltha.
- Delete whitelist, subscribers and OLT from XOS
- Re-add whitelist, subscriber and OLT into XOS
- After OLT and ONU states become ACTIVE and ENABLED in the voltha
- "ports" command in ONOS did not list the ONU
- as a result att workflow driver instances are not created
Problem is seen after performing delete and re-add OLT from XOS after 14-15times. Once att workflow driver service instances issue is seen, issue is seen consistently [possibly because VOLTHA (which is not rebooted) has corrupt state now]
