      Description

      I found that there is a technical issue when spawning 1000 of DHCP clients / EAPOL supplicants inside a BBSim container for scalability test of VOLTHA.

      For solving this issue, there is need to implement simple DHCP / EAPOL (EAPOL-MD5) responders inside BBSim, which emulates the response messages from those clients.
