      Description

      Create a test that validates BBSIM control plan flows (DHCP + EAPOL) messages integrated with SEBA. Validation should be done in NEM/XOS. 

       

      Steps:

      1. Install seba + bbsim (16 onus per pon port)
      2. Configure whitelists per onu
      3. Validate control plan in bbsim and att workflow si gets created/authenticated/dhcppack
