Description

Make VOLTHA 1.6 images available on Docker Hub.

The issue is that the current VOLTHA images are built using Docker Cloud, but it's not straightforward to use the Docker Cloud toolset to satisfy all our requirements. Doc with more info about the problem (on Slack):
