      Description

      Data model migration of NEM.

      Summary: As new services are added, or existing services are upgraded, the data model needs to evolve to accommodate the changes. This involves schema changes such as the creation of new models, the addition or deletion of fields from existing models, etc.  In addition to updating the schema, existing live data in the data model needs to be upgraded to the new schema.
