      Description

      With OFDPA 3.0 EA4, BRCM provided a fix to support the coexistence of BoS=0/1 rules. However this fix introduces a regression which is breaking the functionality of default routing traffic. This issue is for tracking the evolution of the bug. It can be closed once the bug will be fixed.
