      Description

      The xos-api-sanity-pipeline job for approving patches to the XOS repo doesn't rebuild the `xos-base` container image.

      This let CORD-828 slip through for a few days: https://hub.docker.com/r/xosproject/xos-base/builds/

      Should be changed to delete the `xos-base` container image and rebuild from scratch as a part of the test.
